Tverdovs'ky I. Prohibition of discrimination in the labor sphere

The position that with the aim of the increasing of the level of the working rights protection of the applying for work employees and establishing of the greater recognition in the practice of the legal use ,the appropriate is the legal recording of this definition in the Article 4 "On the inadmissibility of discrimination in the sphere of work" of the Labor Code of Ukraine draft. Absence of definition may result in undesirable results-incorrect understanding of the normative-legal act; its components or different interpretation in the legal science and practice has been maintained. The necessity of the working out and passage of the Law of Ukraine "On the principles of the prevention and counteraction of discrimination" has been confirmed, its structure and its subject-matter replenishment have been proposed.
