Essay

The object is a process of building element formation with light-weight concrete mixtures; the goal is a creation and research of hit and vibration machine with high technological efficiency for building element formation with light-weight concrete due to passing impulses of hit and vibrations to a concrete mixture; the novelty is determined by the influence of basic parameters of hit and vibration machine (mass of the oscillating system, gap between mobile and immobile frames, time of contact with mobile or immobile frames, module of elastic plastic elements) on a supplied drive engine power; pieces of analytical dependence have been obtained for deriving basic descriptions of the examining system for the realization of the vibro-hit formation modes; the results include the method of engineering calculation of dynamic and structural parameters of machines for building element formation with light-weight concrete ; working experimental hit vibration machine for producing building element formation with light-weight concrete mixtures on the designed algorithm, it considerably promoted technological efficiency of formation due to the transmission of concrete mixture to hit and vibration impulses; the branch is machine building.
