Novoseltsev I. Cross-border insolvency in international private law

Thesis devoted to the problems of cross-border insolvency in the private international law, particularly with respect to both the evolution and to the development of legal doctrine of cross-border insolvency cases, recognition and enforcement of decisions of foreign judicial authorities in EU member states and other countries. The study also highlights the issue of settlement of cross-border insolvency cases in Ukraine, the researcher made the recommendations for improving the legislation of Ukraine. Researcher conducted a detailed analysis of the dispositions of the Law of Ukraine "On amending some laws of Ukraine (concerning cross-border insolvency)", consistent with the provisions of the draft Law is adopted and in force in EU countries, also the results of scientific of research may be applied for theoretical studies in the course of preparation of lawyers, by specialists in cross-border insolvency cases and for improvement of effective legislation of Ukraine
