Makovetska Y. The formation of organizational-economic model of the development of the secondary resource usage in Ukraine

The оbject is the process of secondary resource usage, which is aimed at the usage of the production and the consumption of waste as recyclable resources; the goal is deepening of the theoretical and methodological principles of the ecological and economic regulation of the management of waste as secondary resources and the foundation on this basis of the organizational-economic model of the development of the secondary resource usage in Ukraine; the methods are - analytical, systematic, modeling, of classification, of the economic and mathematical analysis and forecasting, statistical, cartographic; the novelty is - the theoretical and methodological approaches to the environmental and economic regulation of waste as secondary resources have been justified which are aimed at the systematic basis of saving resources development; the results the theoretical and methodological background of the formation of the effective organizational-economic model of the development of the secondary resource usage has been grounded, which are based on the consideration of the latter within the overall ideology of resource and as an organic component of the economic sector, methodological approaches to the estimation of the secondary resource potential and a forecast of the secondary resource base have been improved. It has been introduced into the economic practice.
