Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease preeclampsia at multigiving birth women on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, dopplerometrical, endocrinological, haemostasiological and haemodynamic features, and also working out of an advanced complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Comparative aspects of frequency, structure, terms of development and a clinical current preeclampsia at women depending on parity are studied. The condition of a system hemostasis and the central haemodynamics at multigiving birth women without and with preeclampsia is studied. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, dopplerometrical, endocrinological, haemostasiological and haemodynamic features at multigiving birth women depending on presence преэклампсии is established. It has allowed to expand the data about patogenesise of hreeclampsia, and also scientifically to prove a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions for decrease in frequency of the given pathology. Features premorbite background, a clinical current of pregnancy and sorts, frequency, structure, terms of development and clinical displays preeclampsia at women depending on parity are specified. Major factors of risk of development preeclampsia at multigiving birth women are established. The advanced complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions for frequency decrease preeclampsia at multigiving birth women on the basis of use of the directed medicamentous correction is developed and introduced.
