Petrovska-Linova N. Organizational mechanisms for implementing energy efficiency projects for the reconstruction of public buildings

The thesis is devoted to the developing of new organizational mechanisms aimed at improving energy efficiency of housing and public sectors through the implementation of energy saving projects during the reconstruction of buildings and structures for public use. The thesis provides a theoretical basis for the definition of institutional, financial and technical constraints of energy efficiency in buildings for public use and systematization and classification of energy efficiency projects based on an analysis of the actual state of the implementation of energy efficiency programs in several cities of Ukraine. On the basis of mentioned theoretical studies an information-estimating model was developed and bundled software was proposed, which form the main instrument for practically implementing the proposed organizational approach in practice, particularly selecting the most appropriate package of energy efficiency projects with predetermined characteristics of the building.
