Useіnova G. Formation and Development of the Ukrainian Judicial System during 1921-1929.

The dissertation is a complex research of the formation and development of the Ukrainian judicial system during 1921-1929. At the level of scientific research in modern Ukrainian law history science it is the first time the formation and development of the Ukrainian judicial system during 1921-1929 are thoroughly studied and profoundly analyzed. The present research considers significant positive aspects concerning preparation of reform concept 1922, its fulfillment, legal base and formation of new court system, popularization of court system reform, co-operation of higher public agencies, court and justice. The research contains the analysis of the gradual improvement of the Ukrainian court system during 1923-1929 with further pointing out its main achievements and positive experience, the development of democratic bases of gender equality in the Soviet court system, in the office of public prosecutor and advocacies during 1921-1929 as one of foundations of the Ukrainian judicial system during this period. The present research considers the role and main features of functioning of investigator office, advocacy during the given period, the role and functioning of public prosecutor office in Soviet Ukraine within the period of new economy policy.
