Thesis is dedicated to improving the theoretical and scientific provisions, development of methodological bases and practical recommendations for the development and implementation of motivational potential of staff to ensure the development of light industry.In this work the theoretical and methodological principles of motivational potential staff. Investigated the nature and improved the concept of "motivational potential staff." A classification of potential motivational component based on the principle according to the nature of managerial influence object motivational potential. Analyzed components of motivational potential of people working in light industry. A methodological tools that allows to quantify the projected separate groups motivational impact of external factors, taking into account their mutual influence. Determined the level of influence of motivational factors influence biosocial nature. Revealed the level of compliance of personal values of staff to corporate values. Reasonable steps to enhance the employment of staff at the enterprises of light industry in the context of their development. Calculated growth forecast profits by improving the working activity of staff.
