Essay

This thesis presents a theoretical and clinical and laboratory study of a new urgent medical problem related to efficacy and safety of caries and pulpit treatment in patients with burdened allergoanamnesis on the basis of phased clinical and laboratory diagnosis of drug allergy to local anesthetics, and selecting the best method of pain relief and treatment, taking into account the clinical situation. Results of medical and sociological research found that 22.5% of dental patients are burdened allergoanamnesis 80% of dentists, according to the survey, face the side effects of local anesthetics. With the help of clinical and biochemical methods of investigation established the high incidence of dental and reduction of nonspecific resistance in the oral cavity in these patients. An algorithm for the anamnestic diagnosis in order to assess the risk of local anesthetics on the AP and further tactics of clinical and laboratory evaluation of patients with burdened allergoanamnesis. According to the results of skin testing by skin prick test to study the prevalence of allergic reactions to local anesthetics. Proposed, the new modification method elektroanalgesia dental caries in the treatment of uncomplicated with the help of portable devices for elektrodontodiagnostiks algorithm and treatment of acute deep caries using "Biodentin" (Septodont), as a cushioning material and calcium hydroxide for antisepsis of root canal treatment of chronic fibrosus pulpitis, which allows 3-fold decrease of secondary caries and complications in the treatment of pulpitis by the non-vital method.
