Ryzhuk Y. Constitutional and legal basis for economic rights and freedoms of human and citizens in Ukraine

In dissertation conducted a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the constitutional bases and system of economic rights and freedoms of citizens in Ukraine. The comparative legal analysis fixing the economic rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Constitution of Ukraine and constitutional acts of some foreign countries. Suggested the following system of economic rights and freedoms of man and citizen: the right to work, freedom of choice of profession and of types of employment, the right to strike, strike freedom, the right to rest, freedom rest, the right to private property and freedom in the possession, use and disposal of private property, right of establishment, freedom of enterprise. Analyzed the legal framework of this group of human rights and freedoms of human and citizens in Ukraine. Done classification of constitutional guarantees of economic rights and freedoms of human and citizen.
