Object: economic relations which arise up in the process of antiсrisis management the enterprises of engineer. Purpose: development of scientifically-methodical approaches and practical recommendations in relation to the construction of mechanism of anticrisis management on the enterprises of engineer. Research methods and apparatus: abstractly is a logical method, analysis, synthesis, expert estimations, groupings, system is a structural analysis, methods of factor analysis and complex comparative analysis, ekonomic - statistical and calculation-analytical, methods ekonomic - mathematical design. Novelty: the methodical going is first developed near application of game theory at the construction of the system of anticrisis control of machine-building enterprise, which foresees the construction of matrix of the expected values of result of activity of enterprise depending on the controlled center of responsibility and type of violations in activity of personnel. It allowed to formalize strategies of internal control of functional subsections of enterprise in case of occurring of threats of crisis.
