The dissertation pays attention on that fact the professional activity is stipulated by the values system. The paper looks at major problems related to the students' professional values system formation. The purpose of this dissertation turns to the structural units of professional values system and development of psychological technologies of their formation with the help of psychological training. The author proposes some ways for initiation of the conscious gaining of the professional values for their functioning on the actual performance level.
