The thesis is dedicated to the research of the notion, types and special points of the legal regime of real estate as also as a specificity of protection and defence of the Property Right for real estate. The main protection measures of the property right, such as: title documents, notary notification of transactions, state registration of rights are characterized. Basic civil remedies of the Property Right, such as action in vindication and negation, acceptance of property right are analyzed.
