The author investigated the history of the criminalization of trafficking and formulated the concept of "trafficking people" taking to the account of both international and national law. Defines the term "human trafficking", the "other unlawful agreement whose object is the man", "recruiting people", "moving people", "harboring a person", "transfer or receipt of persons". Reveals the content and methods of committing crimes since the end of each of the actions included in the objective side of human trafficking or other illegal deals to humans. The content of the subjective aspect of the crime of trafficking or other illicit transactions in respect of a person opens a forced goal of such a crime - operating in any of its forms.
