The work resolved the issue of preeclampsia prevention in women with gestational hypertension through the development and implementation of science-based preventive activities. In the framework of study was conducted the investigation of peculiarities of anamnesis, clinical status, daily monitoring of blood pressure, carbohydrate and lipid metabolism in pregnant with pregnancy induced hypertension with and without proteinuria, was proposed the scheme of pathogenesis of preeclampsia in women with gestational hypertension and was confirmed the effectiveness of proposed preventive measures.
