Sharapov I. Laparoscopic cryodestruction in surgery of focal hepatic lesions.

Object - patients by the hearth diseases of liver (HDL); purpose – to improve the results of treatment of patients by application of laparascopic cryolysis interferences at HDL; methods – clinikal, clinical-laboratory, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, statistical; results – it is in-process set that application of cryolysis in the mode of miniinvasive application diminishes frequency of complications for patients operated on an occasion of liver echinococcosis - both in the early and in remote period of supervision; the decline of frequency of relapse of echinococcosis is first rotined in the conditions of cryolysis, dependence of positive effect on the size of cysts, which determines possibility of application of laparascopic cryolysis; efficiency of cryolysis is rotined as it applies to treatment of recurrent parasitogenic cysts; the new method of treatment of ехинококкоза is offered; it is first well-proven that laparascopic cryolysis at HDL of different origin, accompanied for certain by less frequency of forming of complications in an early and remote послеоперационном period, considerably by the less terms of rehabilitation; the positive прогностическое value of laparascopic cryolysis is certain in the complex of factors of risk of метастатических tumours of liver; the considerable improvement of обще-клинических indexes is set, dynamics of indexes of the functional state of liver, immunological reactivity, systems of hemopexis and checking of перекисного oxidization of липидов system in the conditions of laparascopic cryolysis by comparison to traditional treatment of HDL; branch – medicine.
