Ganzha V. Microsurgical methods of complexes fabrics reinervation at reconstructive replacement of defects of a brush and fingers.

The thesis is devoted to the topical issue - the restoration of the impaired hand function in sensitive replacement reconstructive hand and finger defects. Clinical material is based on leaking and results of surgical treatment for 197 patients with traumatic hand and fingers defects. Based on an analysis of studies, it was found that the proposed methods of tissue complexes formation for patients undergoing reconstructive replacement of hand and finger defects with the use of directed reinnervation: neuroticism and neuroticism directly with transposition or grafting of the defect of his nerve - the nerve sewn recipient - donor epineurolised seam under optical magnification. Neuroticism tissue complex was determined according to the algorithm taking into account the location of the defect and the likely source of the hand reinnervation, which makes it possible to restore the qualitative and quantitative indicators of sensitivity with the improvement signs of the recovery sensitive functions in half and reduce treatment time.
