Milovidov R. The effectiveness of criminal responsibility for legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime.

The thesis contains the complex research of effectiveness of criminal responsibility for legalization (laundering) of money obtained criminally in Ukraine. The concepts of effectiveness of legal norm introduction and structure as well as the structural effectiveness of its elements in general have been analyzed. The analyses of the legal statistics data demonstrate the low effectiveness of the researched norm in Ukraine. The main normative failures of this norm's implementation effectiveness in Ukraine, including main factors that doesn't comply with the international demands to criminalization of legalizing (laundering) criminal profits as well as the failures of structuring the norm's disposition and formulae of separate elements of corpus delicti as they are given in the present have been emerged. The practical suggestions for improving the content of the asset 209 of the criminal law of Ukraine.
