Garmashovа O. The Innovative Provision of Competitiveness of National Economy.

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of increasing of competitiveness of national economy on the basis of the innovative factors. The author gives a clearcut presentation of the theoretical and methodological aspects of competition, competitiveness of national economy, innovations and innovative systems. As a result the "innovative" approach to the determination of competitiveness of national economy and the system of innovative factors are offered. The author makes the approbation of the method of estimation of the innovative provision of competitiveness of national economy, which includes the analysis of data of basic innovative factors and the determination of the influencing degree of the key factors on the innovative provision of competitiveness of national economy. The author proves the necessity of establishing the new priority of socio-economic development of Ukraine that is forming of the effective national innovative system. The new priority needs the considerable institutional changes especially in administrating and legislative spheres. In conclusion changes in the mechanism of governmental stimulation and internal mechanism of functioning of financial-industrial groups are offered.
