Bereziak I. Economic and energy assessment of milk production in agricultural enterprises

In the thesis the theoretical and methodological approaches are grounded and the practical recommendations towards the ways of increasing of efficiency of milk production in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine are developed. The economic essence of milk production efficiency is revealed; its types and specificity of assessment in agricultural enterprises are defined. The classification of agricultural enterprises by using new feature - level of energy expenditure of milk production technologies is improved. It is made the assessment of economic and energy efficiency of milk production in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine with different levels of energy expenditure of technologies. On the example of model enterprise the indicators of economic and energy efficiency of milk production on own feeding base are determined and the ways of revealing of energy saving in livestock breeding are revealed. Scientific and practical results aimed at increasing the efficiency of milk production in agricultural enterprises of Ukraine are represented in the thesis. The necessity of the application of production efficiency assessment in terms of unstable market environment is proved.
