Essay

The thesis is devoted to clinical and laboratory substantiation of immunomodulator "Erbisol" for the prevention of possible complications following dental implantation in patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer. For the first time on the basis of these clinical and laboratory studies have shown that gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer is a risk of infectious complications in patients after dental implantation. It is established that the presence in patients of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer is more pronounced body's response to dental implants, as evidenced by an increase in antioxidant, and trypsin-like, antitrypsin activity mixed saliva, a violation of the functional activity of the salivary glands, reducing the growth of aerobic oxidation and anaerobic glycolysis, as well as an increase in bioelectrical activity of the oral cavity. It was shown that using the proposed method of assessment periimplant tissues may serve as a predictor of the risk of inflammatory-destructive changes in periimplant tissue in patients after dental implantation. First developed and validated a method of prevention of complications following implant placement in orthopedic patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, which provides for the use of "Erbisol", using which the normalization of the rate of salivation, enzyme activity of mixed saliva and the activity of lactate, and succinate dehydrogenase peripheral blood neutrophils in patients with gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer occurs in the 3 months earlier than in the comparison group.
