Minchenko A. Contract for railway carriage of passenger and luggage in Ukraine

This thesis is devoted to the research of problems of the civil and legal groundwork for the rights and legitimate interests of the parties to the contract for railway carriage of passenger and luggage, the legal relationship resulting from the execution, performance and termination of this contract. The peculiarities of regulating the relations, resulting from the execution of this contract, were determined, the definition of the contract for railway carriage of passengers and luggage was formulated and the subject matter of this contract was specified based on the analysis of the results of previous works and based on the studying of national and foreign regulatory systems and judicial practice.
