Prypolova L. The territorial structure of Ukraine and European unitary states: comparatively law analysis

The dissertation shows the problems of determining the status of stateless persons in the different historical stages of development of the world, namely in the times of ancient Greece, Rome, Egypt, medieval Europe.The essence of the elements of constitutional and legal status of stateless persons in Ukraine is identified and disclosed. The definitions of such concepts as "constitutional legal status stateless persons", "rights of stateless persons", "rights of stateless persons", "duties of stateless persons", "the constitutional guarantee of rights, liberties and duties of stateless persons" are proposed. The definitions of legal responsibility of stateless persons in Ukraine is formulated.
