Shevchenko O. Criminological characteristics and prevention of corruption crime

Thesis is independent and complete scientific work which based on studying the theoretical basis, normative sources and overview practices of their implementing have been conducted comprehensive analysis of criminological characteristics of the crime of corruption, defined features of its counteraction and prevention. The paper provides overview of theoretical and legal bases of counteraction corruption crime, defines features of criminal legal description of corruption crime. Also it have been considered corruption crime as object of criminological characteristics and analyzed its significant features. It have been established the reasons and conditions of corruption crime, found their interconnectedness and common criminal factors of corruption in general.
