Manko O. Constitutional Juridical Basis of Forms of State Governance.

Constitutional juridical basis of forms of state governance are researched in the dissertation. The definition of form of state governance, its types, classification criteria and main political juridical features of republics with parliamentary, presidential and mixed forms of governance are given. Constitutions of all European countries are analyzed in the dissertation. Realization of the principle of separation of state governance powers was studied; the system of mechanisms applied for realization of separation of state powers depending on the form of state governance was analyzed. Problems of presidential-parliamentary form of governance in Ukraine were determined and the ways for its improvement were found.
