Fursin О. Mechanisms of social-oriented public administration

Object of research: process of the socially-oriented public administration. Purpose: system ground of theoretical-methodological principles of perfection of mechanisms of the socially-oriented public administration at national and regional levels taking into account modern their progress trends and development of practical recommendations on the concordance of forming of mechanisms with the processes of stabilizing of social sphere. Methods: analogies; analysis and synthesis; unities historical and logical; morfogenetic approach; synergetic; comparatively-historical; phenomenologycal; system-structural; dialectical. Results: theoretical-methodical approaches to forming of mechanisms of the socially-oriented public administration as one of strategic orients of civilization choice of Ukraine are grounded. Novelty: maintenance of concepts "the socially-oriented state administration" and "mechanism of the socially-oriented public administration" is specified; approaches to determination of functions of mechanisms of the socially-oriented public administration in Ukraine, and also to introduction of conceptual models of the socially-oriented public administration, which are used in the developed countries of the world, are improved. It is inculcated in activity of Zaporozhia regional state administration. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
