Object of study is a process the services of local rail traffic forming on a section. Studies were conducted with the use of procedure of monitoring, probability theory methods, mathematical statistics, construction of the hybrid systems, theory of fuzzy sets, fuzzy logic and making decision theory. Courtesy of the theoretical basis of the process forming computer-aided technology of treatment of local rail traffic areas of the rail transportation directorate under seasonal rail traffic capacity fluctuation. The dissertation results may be utilized in organization of loads railway transportation.
