Dissertation is devoted to research of the legal regulation of bank credit activity in Ukraine. The concept of bank credit is defined in the article. The necessity of codification of legislation of bank crediting on the basis of Civil code of Ukraine (in case of crediting of economic operator) and Civil code of Ukraine (in case of crediting of physical persons) is proved. Classification of forms of crediting and types of the bank crediting are well-organized.
