Object – patients with acute surgical diseases of small and large bowel, who underwent emergency entero- or colostomy; goal – improving immediate and remote results of entero- and colostomy in emergency surgery small and large bowels; methods – clinical, laboratory, instrumental, pathomorphological, sociological, statistical; novelty – estimation of statistically significant 13 early and 3 late risk factors of parastomal complications in patients with acute surgical diseases of small and large bowel, for the first time a new method of end colostomy during diffuse peritonitis was elaborated and introduced into clinical practice; results – study of the proposed method of prophylaxis of parastomal complications; introduced into curative and academic practice; industry – surgery.
