The essence and principles of food market, the peculiarities of the functioning of vegetables market have been investigated in Dissertation Thesis. The theoretical and methodological principles of vegetables market research have been specified as well. The mechanism s of formation the supply and demand on the vegetables market have been identified. Modern tendencies for location and specialization of vegetable production in Ternopil region have been analyzed. The suggestions on improvement of relations in the chain "producer - consumer" of vegetable products have been formulated. The principles for organization vegetables production have been summarized. The proposals on formation the infrastructural and institutional supply for the development of vegetables market, particularly the integration of vegetables producers have been worked out. A role and organization of marketing activity of vegetable companies in the system of supplying the consumers. The planned demands have been detected demand is expected in vegetables from the point of view of critical and rational production limits has been calculated.
