The thesis is devoted to solving the actual problem of gynecology – reducing the incidence of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and quality of life in adolescent girls through the development of science-based scheme of prediction, prevention and treatment. By studying the epidemiology of premenstrual syndrome and risk factors for its occurrence, hormonal levels, some electrolyte levels and biochemical parameters in patients aged 13-18 with PMS, developed and implemented an algorithm of the individual prediction of premenstrual syndrome and complex of clinical management of these patients. It is proved that PMS occurs in 87.01 % 11-13-year-old adolescent girls at risk of PMS, and 12,90 % of their contemporaries, who, according to prediction, do not have risk of PMS. The first time were followed long-term results of prediction, prevention and phyto- and vitamin therapy in patients with PMS over two years, and it was proved that the use of the proposed com-plex of prevention and treatment helps reduce PMS at 84,21 % and improve the quality of life in 80,26 % of the patients and provides long-term cumulative effect.
