Essay

Dissertation is devoted the analysis of criminal-law and criminology problems of criminal responsibility trenching upon the objects of cultural legacy. Investigational grounds and principles of criminalization of crimes, foreseen art. 298 and 2981 KK of Ukraine. The objective and subjective signs of the noted crime are analysed. Description of criminology of trenching upon the objects of cultural legacy is given. The analysed factors of the determination trenching are upon the objects of cultural legacy.
