Tkachuk V. The prevention of crimes have been committed by the people sentenced to punishments that are not connected with imprisonment

On the basis of clarification of the terms "prevention of crimes", "criminological characteristics" and "punishments not connected with imprisonment", comparative analysis of the historical practice of application, distinguishing features and characteristics of elements assume these punishments, and in view of criminology, criminal law and criminal executive characteristics of persons sentenced to such punishments, a series of research-based measures aimed at improving the practice of prevention of new crimes have been committed by the sentenced and of sentences not connected with imprisonment have been developed.
