Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of the topical issues of gender equality ensuring in the modern labor law. The periodization of women's labour legal regulation is presented. The conceptual framework of modern labor law is improved, in particular the definitions "gender", "gender in the labor law" and others are formulated. The classification of the women's labour legal regulation differentiation factors is developed. It is proved that for overcoming gender inequality in labor relations it is necessary to establish the separate institute of Labour Law - "The peculiarities of women's labour and workers with family responsibilities."
