In a theoretical part of work are established generalised temperature- penetration dependences of bitumens, mathematically and graphically proved that the chosen temperature of reduction wich correspond to the middle of an interval of plasticity, is eguipenetration temperature for all bitumens. The indicator of temperature constancy in the form of temperature, wich corresponding to the penetration of 800*0,1 mm is offered. The check of the temperature wich corresponding to the middle of the interval of plasticity performed on experimental data, has confirmed it eguipenetration, eguicohesion and eguiductility for all investigated bitumens. Established temperature-viscosity dependences of bitumens and the received correlation dependences of technological heating temperatures and a bitumen softening temperatures have allowed to develop a settlement method of definition eguiviscosity temperatures Т0,5. It is experimentally shown that eguipenetration temperature for viscous bitumens can essentially be considered as temperature of equaldurability asphalt concrete of different granulometric types and can be used as base temperature for comparison strength, the deformation and fatigue properties various asphalt concretes and appointments on the basis of such comparison of rational areas of their application. Research results form the basis of the developed standard documents confirmed by Technical council of Public service of highways of Ukraine: methodical instructions of MDM 218-02071168-236-2004 "The method of graphexperimental definition of temperature of fragility of viscous road bitumens", methodical instructions of M 218-02071168-609:2006 "The technique of definition of an indicator of temperature constancy bitumen knitting on replacement of temperature of a softening", methodical instructions of M 218-02071168-654:2008 "The technique definition of temperature of heating bitumen knitting at hashing and consolidation asphalt concrete mixes".
