Object - intraductul pancreatitis hypertension (IPH) at a chronic pancreatitis (ChP); purpose improvement of results of treatment of patients a chronic pancreatitis by the ground of choice of method of correction of VPG; methods – clinical, clinical-laboratory, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, statistical; results – the comparative analysis of efficiency of conservative and operative methods of decompression of the system of channels of pancreas (Ps) is first conducted for the patients of ChP, complicated by the syndrome of IPH; the method of densitometric determination of closeness of fabric of Ps and peripancreatic cellulose is applied at a computer tomography and ultrasonographiya for diagnostics of ChP and his complications; the method of determination of pressure in the system of channels of Ps is developed and the stages of IPH are offered; dependence of remote results of surgical decompression is first certain on the concentration of enzymes of maintenance of cyst, level of IPH, pathomorphology changes of wall of cyst, channels and fabric of Ps; the choice of method of surgical decompression is offered from the gradient of intracavity pressure in a cyst and channel of Ps; the algorithm of choice of method of decompression of the system of channels of Ps is developed for the patients of ChP, complicated by the syndrome of IPN; branch – medicine.
