Kicha A. Water supply contracts under civil law of Ukraine.

Thesis is devoted to problems arising in connection with the implementation of contractual relations in the sphere of water supply. The formation and development of legislation on water supply were studied. The concept and types of water supply, the content and nature of the relationship of water supply are analyzed. The object, subjects and content of the water supply contract, the procedure for concluding the water supply contract are examined. The contents of the obligations arising from the water supply contract and especially performance of the obligations and responsibilities of parties to the contract in case of its violation. Theoretical conclusions from the study of issues and practical proposals aimed at improving the legal regulation of relations connected with the conclusion and execution of water supply contracts were formulated.
