Essay

Dissertation is devoted to analysis of theoretical aspects of correlation of political and legal norms and determination of it's place in the system of social regulation. The notion and the role of law and policies as a social normative regulator and the policy as an object of social regulation have been analyzed. The counter-action and mutual influence of law and policy have been special subject of attention. The nature, the essence and the meaning of social norms have been defined. The place and the role of legal and political norms in the system of social norms have been analyzed. Special attention have been paid to determination of their common and special features.
