The thesis is devoted to increasing the effectiveness of rehabilitation of patients after Q-QS MI-based study of clinical, instrumental, biochemical changes in cases of cardiac arrhythmias. In the study of 150 patients who had Q-QS myocardial infarction with atrial fibriiiation and ventricular beats that the use of carvedilol and sotalol for 3 months of treatment contributes to a positive clinical effect of correction of left ventricular contractility, reduces blood levels of brain natriuretic peptide, endothelin 1 and adhesion molecules.
