Poroznjak O. Forming and Using of Strategic Competences of the Coke Enterprise

The object of research is the process of formation and use of enterprise strategic competences. The purpose of research is development of the theoretical and practical recommendations on the formation and use of coke enterprises strategic competences. Methods of research are expert method, methods of analysis and synthesis; comparison and generalization; cluster analysis method; method of control issues; method of abstraction and formalization conceptual foundations of the formation and development of enterprise strategic competences from the need to justify and highlight the key actors and assessment of collective ability to strategic management; typology of enterprise strategic competences are got further development. Technology of the analysis of the enterprise strategic competences that includes objectives, milestones, indicators and criteria, set of methods, interpretation of results, management of enterprise strategic competencies; methodical approach to assessment of enterprise strategic competences on the basis of the key subjects of the formation and development of strategic competence are improved. Research results are used in the activity of the Research Center of Industrial Development Problems of the NAS of Ukraine (certificate No 56/5 from 15.06.2011 p.), PJSC "Yasinovskiy coke plant" (certificate No 23/2 from 19.04.2011 p.).
