Essay

The thesis is devoted to study features of the pathogenesis of cytokine-mediated and humoral dysfunction in inflammatory complications of mandible fractures. Were examined 106 patients. Found that indicators of cytokines identified in saliva, more accurately reflect the state of pro-and anti-inflammatory processes in open fractures of the mandible. High levels of IL-1?, IL-6 in saliva for on the 1-st and 7-th days of examination may serve as prognostic sign of inflammatory complications. In the saliva of patients revealed an increased amount of Ig A. This thesis solved important task - improving early detection of complications by determining the functional state of cytokines, humoral immunity in fractures of the mandible.
