Shibіrіna S. Organizational and methodical bases of statistics of the real estate market.

The dissertation work has been researched theoretical and methodological foundations of the system of the real estate market statistical analysis, defined its function, structure and interconnections with other elements of the environment. It has been carried out information providing of the estimation and analysis of real estate. Based on informational support was built a tiered statistical factors system characterizing the state of market, its results of operation and its development tendencies. It has been the process of statistical monitoring of individual segments of the market. In the dissertation rated potential of the primary real estate market in Ukraine in terms of residential and non-residential property for the period 2000-2010. Carried out a statistical analysis of activity participants primary and secondary market for residential and non-residential real estate by region of Ukraine in 2000-2010. Also it has been outlined the role of the real estate market in the development regions of Ukraine.
