Dissertation work is devoted to research of joint-stock property as a factor of sustainable economic growth, to finding out of theoretical principles and development of practical recommendations in relation to directions of increase of socio-economic efficiency of realization of joint-stock property in the transformation economy of Ukraine. The nature and features of joint-stock property are revealed. Objective possibilities and mechanism of influence of joint-stock property on providing with sustainable economic growth are defined. The essence, factors, characteristic features and values are found out for the society of sustainable economic growth. The methods of evaluation of influence of joint-stock companies are worked out on providing with sustainable economic growth. The features and stages of forming of joint-stock property in Ukraine are defined. Efficiency of its realization is analysed. The priorities of development of joint-stock property are reasonable in the context of providing with sustainable economic growth in Ukraine.
