The dissertation is dedicated to complex and system research of the legal regulation of rehabilitation of the convicts with disability in the conditions of serving the punishment. The historical and law analysis of rehabilitation of the convicts with disability in the conditions of serving of the punishment is carried out. Legal, psychological and pedagogical means f influence on the process of rehabilitation of convicts with disability in the conditions of serving of the punishment linked with imprisonment are defined. The ways of improving the legal providing of rehabilitation of the convicts with disability in the conditions of serving the punishment are proposed.
