Rybiantsev A. Criminal-Executive Grounds for the Change of Conditions of Performance of Punishment in the Form of Imprisonment

The dissertation is devoted to the research of criminal-executive grounds for application of the change of conditions of executing the punishment in the form of imprisonment as a complex legal system, which includes the provisions of criminal and criminal executive law. The work covers the complex research of the most urgent theoretical and practical issues concerning origin and development of the provisions on the change of conditions of executing the punishment in the form of imprisonment. It enlightens the problems with legal regulation of the change in the effective criminal-executive legislation of Ukraine. Argumentative propositions for the improvement of criminal and criminal-executive legal provisions and their application are formulated.
