Horbunov V. Criminal liability for destruction or damage to the property of a law-enforcement authority's worker

The thesis reveals the groundings of criminal liability for destruction or damage to the property in possession of a law-enforcement authority's worker in connection with his/her performance of official duties, problems and differentiation of liability for the crime suggested by Article 347 of the Criminal Code. Major direct objects of the crime suggested by Article 347 of the Criminal Code are defined. The characteristics of the features of the victim "a law-enforcement authority's worker", "close relatives", of the property that belongs to these individuals as the object of this crime is studied. Criminal-legal characteristics of features of destruction or damage to the property under consideration is revealed. A new reading of Article 347 of the Criminal Code is suggested.
