Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problems of efficient promotion of diagnostics and treatment of children with primary and secondary chronic bronchitis on the basis of studying of peculiarities abnormal characteristics of activity of mitochondrial enzymes of lymphocytes and their correction by energy metabolic medicine. It is well-proven that for children with a primary chronic bronchitis in 70,4% and in 96,4% - with a secondary chronic bronchitis there are signs of energy metabolic cellular deficiency in form of mitochondrial enzymes activity changes : mainly reduction of a succinate dehydrogenase activity and elevation of lactate dehydrogenase. Quantitative differences in degree of energy exchange abnormality and a qualitative difference of its disorganization are established: the initial manifestations of glucolysis decompensation process with the prevalence of aerobic process over anaerobic one are found in children with primary chronic bronchitis. Decompensation of energy homeostasis with predominant anaerobic oxidation process over aerobic exposed in children with secondary chronic bronchitis. It is set that the degree of violations of functional abnormalities of myocardium activity for children with a chronic bronchitis correlates with the level of mitochondrial energy insufficiency characteristics. Expediency and efficiency of correction of found out energy metabolic abnormalities are well-proven by the usage of metabolic action complex medicine. It is determined, that application of chronic bronchitis complex therapy in children with supplementary adding of energytropic medicines has positive influence on mitochondrial activity. This is confirmed by reliable normalization of enzymes activity exchange characteristics and enzymes granules, And also essential enhancement of functional myocardium activity.
