Prykhodko R. Local community's social development management in the modern conditions

The object of the research is the process of social development in Ukraine. The goal of the research is substantiation of theoretical propositions and practical recommendations relative to management of social development territorial community in Ukraine, which are directed on ensuring its productivity at the expense of activization of processes of self organisation of a territorial community. Methods of the investigation are the following: theoretical and empirical research, system and synergetic approach, analogy and comparison, analysis and synthesis, problem and chronological, structurally functional analysis, identification, extrapolation, expert poll. The scientific novelty of the results: theoretical positions relative to territorial community social development management in Ukraine, that allow to develop practical recommendations relative to its effectiveness support through the territorial community's self organisation process activization are foundated; scientific approaches relative to formulation of the problem aspects and marks desired condition territorial community social development management are improved; theoretical positions relative to development innovative environment of territorial community social development management are improved; the integrated approach to resources of institution formatting of the territorial community social development management; conceptual category set in the subject sphere of research: the author's definition of "territorial community social development management"; also systematization and generalization of foreign experience in the sphere of social development management.
