Research object: public relations, accordion during organization and realization of activity in the field of telecommunications. Research purpose: ground of new positions, suggestions on perfection of the legal adjusting of economic activity in the field of telecommunications. Research methods: system, dialectical, semantic, method of analysis and synthesis, dialectical, legalistically logical, system structural, functional. Theoretical and practical value: conclusions, positions and suggestions are specified by the theoretical aspects of the legal adjusting of economic activity in the field of telecommunications, can be utillized in pravotvorcheskoy activity of public and organs of local self-government authorities, for perfection normatively of legal acts, in pravoprimenimoy activity of subjects which carry out activity in the field of telecommunications.
