Mikhailik O. Endothelial dysfunction in hypertensive patients in conjunction with angina pectoris and its correction by metabolically active drugs

The thesis is devoted nitrosative stress, antioxidant levels, the functional state of the vascular endothelium, the nature of the daily profile of blood pressure and ischemic changes of left ventricular myocardium; cardiohemodynamics state and autonomic nervous system in patients with hypertension combined with effort angina, identifying the relationship between the studied parameters in depending on the level nitrosative stress, as well as the effect metabolitotropnyh cardioprotectors, trimetazidine MR and thiotriazolin on nitrosative stress status of vascular endothelium, cardiohemodynamics, heart rate variability. We examined 106 patients with hypertension, of which 78 - in conjunction with angina pectoris. The study was conducted before treatment and after three months of combination therapy with metabolitotropnih cardioprotectors. In patients revealed violations of the indicators of structural and functional state of the left ventricular myocardium and arteries, heart rate variability, ischemic changes of the myocardium accompanied by increased levels of nitrosative stress.
